Add to Calendar 01/10/2026 15/01/2027 Europe/Brussels Collection + Selected in 2026 by a committee chaired by Senior Management, with the participation of independent experts, representatives from the Communications Department and Group employees, these new acquisitions reflect the diversity and vitality of contemporary artistic creation. The selection highlights an ongoing dialogue between the French art scene and major international artistic communities. It brings together established artists from diverse generations and backgrounds, whose practices are explored through three major mediums: painting, photography and sculpture. Among the most notable acquisitions is Labyrinthe, a sculpture by Eva Jospin. A leading figure in contemporary French art, whose work is recognised far beyond France’s borders, Jospin has developed a distinctive artistic universe in which architecture, landscape and imagination converge in an experience of contemplation and discovery. The work will first be exhibited in Paris La Défense before joining the Collection’s display at 29 Haussmann. These new acquisitions further strengthen the international dimension of the Collection, which brings together artists from artistic scenes across Europe, North America and Asia. The works of Barbara Kasten and David Gilbert, acquired for Société Générale’s offices in New York, will nevertheless be accessible to visitors in Paris La Défense through the presentation of reproductions. Building on this presentation, we will regularly share updates on these artists and their work, fostering continued opportunities for discovery and engagement with contemporary creation. 17 cours Valmy 92972 La Défense France DD/MM/YYYY true
