CTRL + ALT + RELAX. Eine Ausstellung zum Durchatmen
Our everyday working life has changed fundamentally in recent years. New digital opportunities make many things easier – and faster. They bring with them previously unknown freedoms. Nevertheless, we increasingly feel exhausted and stressed. After all, full calendars, mountains of e-mails and constantly pop-up notifications are also a burden.
In this area of tension between digital help and hustle and bustle, the exhibition CTRL+ALT+RELAX invites you to take a deep breath. It explores the opportunities and risks of the new digital helpers. Based on research conducted by La Mobilière Lab for Analytics at ETH Zurich, it shows how we can cope with the stress of working with and without digital support. And it provides answers to three questions:

ALT
What alternatives do we have to stay healthy and productive?
RELAX
How can we switch off and relax?
